We needed a thorough deep clean of my parents’ house after they moved out prior to house sale. Living outside of the area made organising a cleaner a struggle but Lisa was extremely easy to communicate with and stepped in to deep clean at very short notice before a house viewing. Her team worked incredibly hard and she went through detailed before and after pictures to us to show the work completed. Very professional and speedy service. Just moved into a property that had been left in a terrible state. Lisa came and looked round, making sure she knew exactly what we wanted done. She gave us a fair quote and when her and her team came, they made it sutable to live in. The kitchen oven was completely unusable and Lisa worked really hard at making it shiny again. Every cupboard was cleaned out and each room is now fresh and clean. If you have just got a new property I would definitely recommend Lisa to clean it up before you move in.

Lisa and her team did an amazing job under some tricky circumstances, we needed a full house clean including carpets and curtains while my dad was in hospital. As no one was able to be there in person some additional communication was needed to make sure everything was agreed. Lisa was great with the original job pricing which she sent videos of and very good at all subsequent agreements. The job itself was to a very high standard, again there was a lot of videos showing progress as well as before and after pictures and Lisa was always trying to work with us to get the best use of her time.

In just two days Lisa managed to transform it from uninhabitable to cleaner than my own house! She came to view the place, provided an accurate quote, and – as we dont live nearby – kept us up to date with photos and videos of the progress. Great service from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boom. Lisa (the boss) may not necessarily conduct the clean, but her staff are all trained to her high standards. The maintenance cleans that we have certainly take the strain away from us, so we would certainly recommend BBB. Punctual and efficient, pleasure to deal with.

I called Lisa when I had just moved into my house and she came to me the next day to scrub my new bathrooms and kitchen, the job she did with her team and such short notice took all the stress from moving and allowed us to focus on other things. From this, we now have Lisa and her lovely ladies do a routine clean each week… they even let the doggie out for a wee! I have had many cleaners but none like this one, they take such pride in their work and the house looks, feels and smells incredible. Couldn’t recommend Lisa enough!

Lisa was recommended to me and I needed someone who could clean my dads bungalow as he is still recovering from having covid in December. My dad is a proud man and didn’t like the idea of anyone being in his house. Within 15 minutes my dad was at ease, and felt comfortable with Lisa in his house. She has magical powers as when I went round to my dads later the house looked and smelt amazing. Every nook and cranny had been cleaned.
